New Restroom Companion Care Program at Islands of Adventure
Universal Orlando Resort is the best place to experience thrills and adventure for the whole family. We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our guests, including those with disabilities. That's why we are excited to announce the launch of our new Restroom Companion Care Program at Islands of Adventure.
The Restroom Companion Care Program provides a safe and comfortable environment for guests with disabilities who need assistance using the restroom. The program is available at both First Aid locations in the park. Trained staff members are available to assist guests with disabilities, including those who need help with toileting, changing, or other personal care needs.
To use the Restroom Companion Care Program, guests simply need to ask a staff member at either First Aid location. The staff member will then escort the guest to a private restroom and provide assistance as needed. The program is available to all guests with disabilities, regardless of their age or disability.
We are proud to offer this new program at Islands of Adventure. We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all our guests, and we hope that the Restroom Companion Care Program will make it easier for guests with disabilities to enjoy their visit to the park.
